Passing Time

Now that it's June, we're on the brink of our summer fun. Yay! Aaron started t-ball yesterday and actually liked it. That's already an improvement from last year. :) For the past 2 weeks we've been passing time. I'm SO ready to be done "passing time."

Our last "gift" from school--a nasty cough that spread through all 3 boys. Aaron's the only one who had the fever, but both Braylen and Aaron needed breathing treatments. It gave them lots of time to read.

At Braylen's first Court of Honor, he earned his first rank and gave me my mother's ribbon. I love how Boy Scouts take care of their moms.

Aaron and I have had fun with chalk on some of our gloomy days.

The sun eventually came out, and my columbines are in their prime right now.

Tonight at supper, Aaron wanted to see my muscles. Nobody was impressed--the nerve. :) One by one, each boy showed his muscles to us. Kaleb and Aaron were very impressed with Braylen's muscles--very cool for Braylen. :) I remember writing about this exact same topic...over 3 years ago. I guess there really is nothing new under the sun. But it sure does help pass the time. :)
