Friday night we kicked off Labor Day weekend by attending our high school's first football game of the season! Going to these games are a highlight of our fall. It helps that they're played at our local university, so the field seems that much bigger and more exciting. :) This time Braylen didn't sit with us. He thinks it's more fun to be at the railing with his friends. In his words, he was "all over the place!" I am learning how to release him a bit more, while keeping an eye on him at the same time. I never heard any complaints from the boys, only when it was over and we had to go home. Kaleb and Aaron wore their shoulder pads and helmets--can you tell we are big football fans at our house? Our team even won the game in double overtime! Afterwards, the boys and Aunt Sarena played catch on the field with a water bottle "football." They hiked it, passed it, and caught it! Daddy worked the game, but we still saw him and were able to say "hi!"
Go Big Blue!

Saturday we spent the afternoon at our favorite park. We rode bikes, fished, enjoyed the rowboat, and had a picnic supper. It was a beautiful day to be there, and we had fun with grandparents, cousins, and aunts/uncle.
Change is on the horizon this coming week. Aaron starts preschool on Tuesday. I am excited and terrified at the same time. Alone in my house during weekday mornings? Whatever will I do? There are so many choices I just might not do anything. :)
